WHAT’S NEXT
While Dirtbabe Collective will no longer operate in this organizational form, its ethos will continue to move through the world. Sarah will continue passing down the Dirtbabe approach and facilitation methodology to our former facilitation team. Future programs may emerge that carry similar teachings, tone, and values.
Our former facilitation team will be present at Rock & Rise Festival this summer (2026) in Squamish, BC. Sarah will also continue facilitating Continuing Professional Development with the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides, supporting nervous system awareness and resilience in guiding culture.
We trust that the Dirtbabes ethos will live on — in relationships, in practice, and in how we are with the land and each other

Alpine Climbing Camp
2022, 2024, 2025
This program focused on dismantling barriers that have prevented women, women-identifying, non-binary and trans folks from climbing in the alpine environment. Participants were mentored in the development of technical skills, fostering their ability to access alpine climbing in the future. Each participant was supported before, during and after the camp, individually and within the group to dismantle internalized challenges that have prevented them from alpine climbing in the past. This was done within a supportive and inclusive group, creating space for participants to be vulnerable in their process, feeling into belonging.
